Lourdes Pérez Ruiz is a farmer, producer, agro-entrepreneur (since 1987) and creator of Mermeladas of Ají Dulce de Lares. Aware of the need to create employment areas for one of the most disadvantaged populations, our senior population, founded Lourdes Pérez Ruiz Inc. in 2001 and decides that all employment areas in her company will be offered as a first option to the Senior population of the Oliver community in Lares.
